Carolin Helm

was born in 1984 in Hanau, is an author, journalist and expert in understanding children. She worked as a news reporter in Hesse and as an editor and radio presenter in Berlin. In Berlin she developed and produced her own comedy formats, wrote documentary reports, and interviewed rockstars. She is currently working mainly for Radio Bremen. Since 2018 she has combined her talents in the areas of information technology, comedy and education and been working for the most demanding of all audiences as an children's bookauthor. She also works on behalf of the Ministry of Family Affairs for the "Initiative Klischeefrei" (="Free from Clichés Projekt"), as well as for several publishers,  Arena Verlag, Ars Edition and others. When she is not involved in research for Radio Bremen or writing stories, she leads media workshops for young people. Carolin Helm lives in Bremen and is eagerly waiting for the Bremen Town Musicians to finally knock on her door.
