It's me

was born in Bremen in 1957 and has been writing books for children between the ages of 4 and 14 since 1994. In 2020 he received the German Youth Literature Prize for his book "FREIBAD" (="Openair Swimmingpool").

He loves reading to children from his books in schools, libraries and at festivals.
